As we know, Spartan Race is the world’s best obstacle race. They are held in 25 countries all around the world this year.
All Spartan courses are designed to challenge your physically and mentally, which are varying distance and difficulty ranging from 3 miles to marathon distances, including run, climb, push, pull, throw, crawl through obstacles.
Pain Away Clinic was welling to be part of race sponsors as always, we were providing our Therapists, Thai Traditional Medicines and Chinese Traditional Medicines for helping competitors.
Obviously, the most of patients got painful and muscle cramps, after using machines, applying massage or performing acupuncture, the patients feel much more better, especially acupuncture is effective for muscle cramps which lead to pain relief and blood flow improvement. For many patients feel better after treatment in a few minute!!
