Since coming to Thailand, have you experienced stiff shoulders, lower back pain, or knee pain? Thailand offers various solutions, such as Thai massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, hospital rehabilitation, and yoga. These are all effective treatments, but they might not fully satisfy those who used to visit osteopathic or chiropractic clinics in Japan. Many people report that while Thai massages feel good temporarily, the discomfort returns quickly, sometimes even worse than before.

The treatment provided at Pain Away Clinic falls under the category of physical therapy. However, Pain Away Clinic primarily focuses on manual therapy. All our therapists have studied for 4-6 years at university, but graduating alone doesn’t qualify them to treat patients. Each therapist is trained extensively in manual physical therapy from the basics. About 80-90% of the treatment involves manual techniques, with additional therapies like acupuncture, cupping, and electrical stimulation.

If you’ve received rehabilitation at Thai hospitals, you might often hear comments like, “I didn’t quite understand what they did,” or “I didn’t feel much improvement.” At Pain Away, we use AI to analyze your posture. Pain is often caused by an imbalance in the body, and we identify areas where these imbalances occur. Rather than just massaging the painful area, applying electrical therapy, or using acupuncture, we focus on correcting the underlying imbalance.

Pain Away Clinic also has an exercise room where we offer posture-correction training. We also hold group lessons six days a week (600 baht per session). If you’re interested, please feel free to contact us.
